Jonathan Wilczek, Managing Director

After successfully completing the double degree in Marketing, Economics and Chinese Language & Culture, Jonathan held increasingly senior roles in sales, marketing and finance with blue chip organisations in both Australia and Overseas including: Australian China Chamber of Commerce, Optus, Ogilvy & Mather and Bain & Co.

Returning to Australia in 2000 Jonathan progressed his way up from conference manager with the global conference company AIC Worldwide now named Terrapinn to become Conference Director of the finance and training division.

Jonathan also completed work with IBC Informa until which time he left to start up his own streamlined and savvy conference / event business.

Matthew Leonard, SalesDirector  

After graduating from Xavier College (Burke Hall) and Swinburne University of Technology, Matthew commenced his professional career within the hospitality industry where he held increasing senior positions in Food & Beverage Management with high profile hotels in both Australia and overseas.

Matthew's customer service orientation and confident nature saw him shift from "front of house" to corporate sales roles within some of the most high profile international hotel chains around. An opportunity to work within a media sales environment was a natural step, that has seen Matthew work across print, outdoor and event media sales. In 2006, Matthew found his new home as the Sales Director at Elite Media Group.
